You're probably thinking, online personal training... how does that work?
Let me explain!
It works is the same as having a 1-1 personal trainer, you'll have workouts planned and tailored to your goals, your food habits will be addressed and amended plus you'll be motivated!
The only difference is that your contact with me will be online rather than in person! So why am i doing this? I am fully booked with 1 to 1 clients, so i have no more physical time to take on new clients, however i can manage and help more people by doing it online!
