Still with focus on overall health, mindset and visual appearance, but in a simplified layout for every gym user! As usual, the aims of using a guide is to improve your mind and body, plus making you feel more focused on health and fitness too.
Training Guides should be simple and easy to understand, which is why my guides are straight forward, and based on helping you achieve your goals wether it be lose weight, tone up, or build muscle. It's also important to teach people how to make better food choices, understanding why we control what we put into our body, and also how to achieve a better mindset in the process.
Some 'one size fits all' guides on the market don't really work and haven't been thought through, which is why all my guides are personal to your weight and body type to make it tailored to you as an individual, without the price tag you'll find with other online training guides.
