The 8 Week Training Plan is designed to help you strip fat, build lean muscle and gain a strong overall physique. You can select between a Gym based plan or the Bodyweight plan if you don't have access to a gym!

You will check in with me every other week to monitor your progress and tailor the plan accordingly to get you closer to your goals. This will motivate you to stay consistent and also hold you accountable to giving me some positive updates!
