What weights shall I use during a workout?
I don't suggest a weight, as I don't know how strong you are so I use percentages to determine a scale that you push yourself, this way you use the prefect weight for you
What shall I do if I'm injured/ don't have that piece of equipment / machine?
Email me for advice on using the plans whilst injured. I can also help you via email to find an alternative exercises or happily find one yourself working the same body part.
How many times should I do each workout plan?
Try for 3-4 weeks (at least once every week) for each workout to help increase strength and weight used.
I've completed all the workouts now what?
It is suggested to try each workout for at least 3 weeks before moving into the next one. If you havent done this, it would be hard for you to have made much progress with it. If you have done 3 weeks plus with all workouts then they should have been updated by the time it takes to do this!
