Yes. This plan is for both men and women, there are also separate workout plans created for both. The food plans are tailored to each individual meaning everyone can get great results from this plan.
Can i use this plan as a beginner?
Yes. Each workout has video demonstrations and all plans are explained in lots of detail so you can train confidently and effectively as a beginner.
Can I use this plan without access to a gym?
