My passion is transforming people's bodies, their mindsets and taking them to a whole new level they never thought was possible.

Personal Training for me is the chance to push your limits and achieve something together that is truly amazing.


With over 12 years experience, you're in safe hands, I don't guess your workouts or make them up on the spot - everything is planned, and tailor made for you, every session.

How does it work?


Starting a PT Journey is exciting, we start by initially meeting and finding out what your specific goals and aims are. I'd then map out a plan of how were going to achieve them. 

Each session we will meet and catch up on how you're doing, whats working well and whats not. Each session is an hour long and you'll be delivered high quality personal training like you've never experienced before.


​My aim with Personal Training is to make exercise and nutrition as convenient and appealing to my clients as possible. Making sure you're up for every session, and cannot wait for the next one to come.

Your Workout and
​Nutrition Plans

Each PT Session is going to push you, and will be tailored and adjusted based on your performance and progression.

During your sessions, perfect technique will be taught with everything we do, ensuring you get the most out of each exercise we perform.

The same goes for your nutrition. You'll be set a custom plan and targets, and each week we will go over how it's going and see what actions need to be taken. Your food plans are worked around your lifestyle and work, making it easy to implement.

Progress Tracking

We start by taking your weight, basic measurements and also starting photos if you're happy to do so. This is so I can track your progress from all angles, and have data to measure progress.

Most clients also track their food intake so I can keep tabs on eating habits. Each week I will monitor your stats to see how closely you're adhering to the plan and address any help you need.

As a client you can also drop me a message with questions you have whilst we're working together.

Location, Cost & Slots


My PT Session are based out of Crayford Weights & Fitness Gym. An incredible gym which is fully equipped with some of the best equipment in the country.

You do not need a membership to do PT Sessions with me.

Session Slots are limited, and we would need to see if we are a good fit working together before we set consistent slots for your training sessions.

​The cost of PT sessions can vary depending on what you need, and how many sessions you're looking to do.
