I love working with people one to one, I thrive off transforming people bodies, their mindsets and taking them to a whole new level in and out of sessions. Personal Training for me isn't a quick workout session every week. It's the chance to push your limits and achieve something together that is amazing.
I deliver a high quality service, making sure everything we do is tracked, monitored and altered if necessary. I don't guess your workouts or make them up on the spot, it is all planned and tailor made for you, every session.

How does it work?
I'll start off looking into what your specific goals are, what you've done workout and eating wise previously, and figure out what will work with your schedule. My aim with Personal Training is to make exercise as convenient and appealing to my clients as possible. Making sure you're up for every session, and cannot wait for the next one to come.
Each session we will meet and catch up on how you're doing, whats working well and whats not and work out how we move forwards with your goals. Each session is an hour long and you'll be delivered high quality personal training like you've never experienced before.

Your Workout and
Nutrition Plans
After knowing more about you and what your goals and needs are, I go away to create a purpose built training programme each week for you to achieve your goals. Each workout is tailored from the ground up and is adjusted based on your performance and progression throughout your sessions. During your sessions, perfect technique demonstrations are shown on everything we do, ensuring you get 110% out of every exercise we perform.
The same goes for your nutrition. You'll be set personalised targets with a custom plan which works in alignment with your goals, and each week we will go over how it's going and see what actions need to be taken. Your food plans are worked around your lifestyle and work, allowing it to be easy to implement.
The outcome... a healthier and happier you, with an improved body shape too.

Progress Tracking
To start, I'll take your weight, basic measurements, body fat and also starting photos if you're happy to do so. This is so I can track your progress from all angles. The mirror can be deceiving and some progress we cant see ourselves, by taking all these different stats, we ever miss a thing, good or bad.
Goal dependant, but many clients track their food for me so I can keep tabs on eating habits. And week on week we will monitor your stats to see how you're moving forwards, and what needs to be done to keep you moving in the right direction. Out of our Training sessions, my 1 to 1 clients always have access to drop me a message or a call with any help they need whilst we're working together.

Session Slots & Location
My PT Session are mainly based out of Crayford Weights & Fitness Gym. A great gym which is fully equipped with some of the best gym equipment in the country! You do not need a membership to work with me here!
I also offer sessions from the comfort of your home, or home gym. These areas surround: Dartford, Crayford, Bexley and most of Kent.
Slot times and days are limited, and we would need to see if we are a good fit working together before we set some consistent slots for your training sessions.
