READ SOL'S STORY
Me and Luke started training in June, after losing the motivation to exercise and watch my food, I asked for Luke's help after my husband recommended him seeing his other client results. Luke completely changed my training plan from constant cardio to weight training and HIIT.

​My food and nutrition was out the window from working long and inconsistent shift patterns, Luke easily knew was to do and got me tracking all my food to allow me to take control of my habits no matter what shift I was on. Within 3 months I was down over 10kg and I was absolutely stunned how quickly I got to my goal, he has great experience and knows how to work around everything you throw at him!

We are now working on more strength and muscle tone now my body fat and weight has reduced! I am loving my training with Luke and can't wait to gain even more results!!!!

READ ALEX'S STORY
I have been working with Luke for a while now, and we have made amazing progress!

​I work in a hospital and was starting to struggle with the constant moving around and demand of my job. I was out of breath, and struggling with my knees as I had so much weight on them.

​We have adapted my bad eating habits and also changed what i do in the gym. I used to just go on the treadmill and the bike and that was it. Now we do weight training, interval training and things i never thought i could achieve!


Luke is motivating, positive and an all round great trainer, and I can't wait to make even better results with him in the future!

READ DR. RIZWANA'S STORY
I still remember the day when I met Luke. He was 19 and I was 28. I had this thought in my mind that ‘he is a just a young guy and how is he going to train me’. I was overweight and very nervous person. I was an active person in my daily activities but had never exercised in a gym setup before. I had a very unhealthy lifestyle. My body was not flexible and body balancing was worst.

You never gave up and made sure I did not give up in training and pushed me till I did some exercises which I thought I could never do. You made exercising/training a fun. You created such a friendly atmosphere, whenever I met you, you talked about your daily stuff, what you did at the weekend or anything different you did and even asked me regarding my daily stuff. These gestures helped me open up and feel more comfortable with you.

​After every training session you sent me the respective training programme sheet through email which I was of great help to train self during other times. I was very stubborn when it came to making changes in my diet, but you were patient with me and gradually changed my diet by making small changes every now and then. At present my diet is different and you educated me well regarding healthy diet and healthy eating habits.

You have an aura around you filled with positivity, motivation and excitement. You always made me feel happy and good about myself. You are a mind reader as well. I like the way you are as a person.  You are very mature. I have learned a lot of good things from you.

I thank you for everything. I have lost weight, but more importantly my body looks fit and toned. I have become stronger and more confident person. I love exercising and going to gym. I eat healthy and think positive. I am a changed person, a better person.

READ TEK'S STORY
The reason why I started training with Luke, my aim was to develop my body into something I was more proud of, mainly being the shape of my body and the way I carried myself.

I've always been a fit individual but after a couple major injuries in different areas I found it hard to improve on my physique. The best thing about Luke is how tailored each session is on what I want to work on helping straighten my injured areas too. I learned things just from watching him train others before I had my PT sessions.

My results have seen me develop muscles I didn't know I had, definition across my chest which is something Iv never been able to achieve and greater strength all across my body.

My  and body fat % dropped and my shape improved beyond expectation so all I can say is thank you!

READ LENA'S STORY
When I met Luke, I was more than a dress bigger than I would have liked and I used food as an emotional crutch! Emotional eating was normal for me after battling with Depression 2 years previously. By the time I met Luke, I ate to celebrate a good day and comfort myself on a bad day!

There was nothing I wanted more than to fit easily into a size 10 dress again. But I was afraid! Afraid I couldn’t cope with stress of an average day without a cake! And having tried and failed to lose the weight on my own I didn’t believe it was possible anymore!

Luke changed that for me. Luke helped me to think positively; believe in myself, believe in my goals, have the courage to make changes and use negative energy to train better and harder (rather than use it as an excuse to eat more!).
I’ve learnt so much from Luke - skills and techniques that I’ll use for a lifetime.

​It was a slow, steady, (sometimes ugly!) process with a lot of sweat, much laughter and even tears! But I did it and I could not have done it without Luke. He has been instrumental in my new found confidence – both inside and out!

READ ASHLEY'S STORY
" I have known Luke for a long time through dance, I have always been interested in staying fit and healthy working in the entertainment industry as a dancer. I happened to have some photo shoots lined up some of which were topless shots, at the the time I was very lean at around 9% but needed a bit more shape and a bit more lean muscle mass. I didn't want to be huge or too ripped as I needed to be light on my feet for dancing.


As I knew Luke was a Personal trainer,  I contacted him to help me! He was a great trainer with lots of knowledge and motivating me was no problem! He put me through my paces and helped me achieve my goal, I gained 5kg more muscle mass whilst staying at 9% body fat! Very knowledgable at a young age and would highly recommend"

" Being a Doctor in A&E is very stressful, its not always easy to have set meals or even practical to even get to the gym. Luke helped me manage my time more efficiently and keep my workouts effective in a short space of time. As well as fit in more meals to keep my diet on track!

I had two personal trainers previously, but Luke changed not only my standing posture but my postures to make them optimal for different exercises which made me feel them like I had never felt them before!

I trained with Luke twice a week and twice on my own too using his guides. I can honestly say working 14 hours in A&E was a hell of a lot easier with a new found lightness and energy!

We managed to lose lots of weight whilst keeping strength and muscle tone and I couldn't thank him enough! It really is worth it get lean with Luke!

" Having being a yo-yo dieter, I never stuck to keeping weight off. DJ'ing didn't help as I was drinking lots of alcohol, had lack of sleep and wasn't following a great diet at all. 

Me and Luke worked hard in and out of the gym, I would send him pictures of all my meals and he would tell me what to tweak and by how much specific to what i needed with my lifestyle and work. He was always very punctual and professional as well as always having a laugh to make things enjoyable too.

After changing my eating habits, getting into a effective training regime in the gym, I lost weight and kept it off! I still DJ, but I feel much more fresh and energised even when I have a late night! Luke is a not only a trainer but he's a nutrition coach, life changer, motivator and all round nice guy! "

" Luke is very professional, motivated, dedicated and well disciplined. He was always available, on time and very focused towards me achieving my goal. Luke always keeps sessions varied and different making me excited for our next one!

I had an important party coming up back home as pictured in the transformation image, i couldn't fit in to this dress comfortably and i was really worrying for the party. I was so pleased when i arrived home and the dress fitted perfectly and received so many lovely compliments on how healthy I looked and how lean I was!

I started off at 99 kilograms and finished at 90 kilograms  losing inches off my waist and fitting into new clothes I had bought. I was very happy with him as my Personal Trainer and would recommend him to anyone. "
