Here at Lean with Luke, I do things a little different.
My passion is helping people, and my focus is getting incredible results. I achieve this by building plans that fit around my clients and their lifestyle. There are no "one size fits all" programs here.
I specialise in getting people lean, dropping body fat, changing body shapes and building strength. During a coaching journey, my clients also evolve their habits, improve confidence and build a solid mindset too.
Working with people online is so much more than sending a workout plan, a calorie target and then leaving clients to it. It's a chance to create a brand new version of yourself - Every client receives the highest level of service to ensure we get the best results possible.

How does it work?
1. Consultation Call
We have an initial call to run through what the plan is, and how we will achieve results.
2. Fill out Starting Forms
After you sign up, these forms give me all the information I need to personalise your plans
3. Program Design & Setup
I will then take this information and create your tailored training & nutrition programs
4. Onboarding Videos & Get Started
Lastly, you'll receive detailed walkthrough videos explaining your plan, then it's time to get results!
