As your online trainer, I will consult with you with a questionnaire to discover your body transformation goals. 

I’ll then tailor a specific workout plan for you to follow each session so your body starts to transform over a 12-16 week period. 



Now for the biggest benefit of all....

I’ll tell you exactly what to eat and when to eat it! 

Yes this is the secret sauce. There’s no point working out in the gym and then blowing it by eating in a way that ruins all your hard work! 

AND on most cases it’s not about eating less either! The inside track is about eating the right amount of calories for you combined with the correct amounts of protein, carbs and fats!

Just imagine the freedom that comes from NOT having to think about what you are going to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner! 

I’ll track your progress, tweaking your meal plan AND workout routine based on your results each week! You’ll have specific video instructions on how to use every piece of equipment and how to perform each exercise correctly (saving you the embarrassment of not knowing how to use the machine)



How is this achieved? 

Once a week you’ll check-in with photos (always taken in the same place with the same lighting) and a brief written account of how well you followed the plan and where any deviations from it occurred ie: you attended a wedding and didn’t follow the plan or you missed a gym or class because you were feeling unwell. 

The result is over a 12-16 week period session by session, day by day, exercise by exercise, your body begins to transform into the beach body you’ve always wanted.
So you’ve put a lot of hours in the gym. You’ve tired some classes to bring down your body fat, hit the weights and machines to build muscle. But when you look in the mirror, there’s only marginal improvement.
