Shape & Tone Workout Plans
Same workouts, same results, the key to changing your body is variety and progression!
The shape and tone workout plans is 12 weeks worth of workouts all based around getting a more shape and toned body! The workouts are based on a split routine system using different body parts each day and can be used in a specific order, or whatever workout you fancy!
There are different training systems used within each workout which are all explained to detail what they do, how they work, and how it helps you achieve a better workout than your usual workouts! All exercises are shown in a picture form if you're not sure what exercise is listed.
The main aim of these workouts are to offer my personal workouts plans for you to use, to get more structure, knowledge and results with your training. By using these workouts you have a new collection of workouts to use, to keep each gym sessionexciting, fresh and hard work!
